Today, my college seems so empty. 8 people out of 21 came to class today. I had a chat with Chern Wei yesterday and it seems like the same thing is happening in school too. Students are too perdictable.....

Early study leave perhaps? Or something more sinister like going on a HOLIDAY!!! Gasp!!!

Personally, I never got the concept of study leave. Why in the world would anyone want to be stuck at home all day with only books for company....

I've already been forced to 101 of those, none of them said anything useful, just repetitions of each other. You know what, organiser of study techniqures, you want them to be useful and help us? Give us the final papers or better yet, the answer to the final papers! That would be extremely useful and make me a better student!! XD

Too Much

Egads!!! Haven't blogged in a while!! I have been so freakin busy! This week i have to submit an assignment and have a Math Exam!!! I started the assignment 2 days before the submission date and started studying for maths at the same time........ Damn, I got 4 hours of sleep yesterday.......

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh <--- That was my face falling on the keyboard (I have a very sharp nose).

At least those two are done with but next week...... NEXT WEEK!!!! Chemistry on Monday, Maths DI on Tues and Weds, Biology on Friday!!!! T.T And I haven't started studying yet.

I don't think I have enough time to study...... Saturday is my class reunion and Sunday is my relax and do nothing day...... I am so lazy........

Damn presentations!! Can't you let me enjoy my after holiday holiday!! T.T The day I came back to school 2 weeks ago was the day hell started all over again. English presentation, bio presentation, psychology presentation. T3T Too much man!!

What it the world was wrong woth me in January when I chose to do a report on cholesterol for English!? Stupid stupid stupid!!! Oh well, at least I did suicide for Bio. Weird thing was, My Eng report was too scientific while my bio report was not scientific enough..... Sigh....... You can't please everybody.
At the very least I think I chose a fantastic topic for Psycho: Schizopherenia!!! I think it pays homage to all those that I've met and known who have this disease. (Mel, Iven, Ace, Grace and almost everyone in that retard drama group XP) Lookout world, my presentation is next week!!!

Midterms

MIDYEAR EXAM!!!!!!!

Since I AM taking he SAM course means I have no time to relax, everything counts!!! This means I have to do well in midterms otherwise I won't achieve my dream of TER90. Hmmm....... Starting to regret my decision, but at least it's better than Form 6 (It's currently orientation week for them) or A-levels ( I don't feel like wasting 18 months).

I;m envying people who have never started studying since SPM. (You know who you are)

I just noticed something, everytime I want to type Google, I tend to type out Facebook instead.... Is that weird or does it happen to you guys too?

Anyways, I havent been blogging for a long time. Just because college is so damn boring and I don't get to see my old friends like I used to :(

So what's new in my life, hmmm. Well, my mid-year exam is coming and I haven't started studying as usual. Somehow, even in college, I don't feel much urgency.

Oh yea!!! I went to this place "Pasta Zanmai". It's this jap restaurant serving pasta dishes. Yea, it sounds weird. I didn't like the thought either and a frend confirmed it either. So whhen I tasted the dishes the, the first thought in my mind was: "FUCK YOU (insert name of friend)!!!!!"

The food there was delicious. No pictures because I devoured it before I can remember. I had grilled jap beef with onsen egg and salmon pasta. MMMmmmm....... Then later washed it down with unagi pizza with an onsen egg on top......


The picture is actually chicken but I couldn't find the eel one....

Finally, I've just found out that a friend has started bloggerg. Yay!! Always nice to have a new kid on the block. I haven't checked it out yet cuz she so unkindly didn't tell me the url. But anyway, everyone join me to welcome the newest member of the blogging community..........Grace!!!

Why is note taking a damn lesson!!!! English as a Second Language lessons are full of CRAP!!!! No literature, no Shakespere, no FUN!!!!! Australians are looking down on our English (I don't blame them). Fucking Hell!!!!!! I feel like I'm in retard class........

8 hours have passed since my outburst. I'm still mad about the fact that I can't drop THAT class for the better English Studies class........ Gah!!!! High school standard is too low........

Anyway, the reason I'm back here is because I found a really funny statement in one of my text books. Surprisingly, it's from the moral education (another subject to sleep in) book. Here it is:

"Bentham introduced a scientific principle to analyse the quantity of pleasures, ie the calculus of pleasures, or the Hedonic Calculus. He allotted each factor with a value which can be analyzed, eg a value can be divided into:

(1) Intensity of pleasure derived from an action

(2) Duration of pleasure

(3) Certainty of pleasure

(4) Inclination to the experience of pleasure

(5) Tendency to be followed by more pleasure

(6) Purity or tendency for an action to produce opposite effect and pain.

~ This will also be considered and the results can be compared to determine the total balance of bad and good

(7) The calculus is done by multiplying the total balance with the extent or number of people experiencing pleasure or suffering.

Factors 1 - 4 are normally taken into consideration in measuring the value of pleasure and suffering. When counting many pleasures or suffering, factors 5 and 6 are taken into consideration. Meanwhile, factor 7 is used when many people are involved."

Busy

I can't believe how hectic this week is!!! 1 month in colledge and I've got a project to hand in AND an exam next week!!!!! GAHHH!!!!!

There's gonna be a part 2 of my birthday but unfortunately, my phone cable decided to take a holiday to goodness knows where and I'm unable to upload d remaining photos........HAiz........

Anyway, today there was a talk on City Survival. But, unlike all the other talks I've been to (NOte-taking, time-management....BORING) this was a talk I actually enjoyed. OMG! WHY!!!!

First off, the speaker had about 300 times the sense of humor as the other lectures put together! Secondly, he talked about crimes and showed some grisly pics......... It was increadibly interesting! Oh, towards the end, anothe guy taught basic self defence. Basically, it all involves kicking where it hurts the most. And guess what.....IT"S NOT THE GROIN!!!! Gah!!! The movies are lies!!!!! IT's the shin!!!!

The funniest part of the whole thing is, when he demonstrated a grab from behind, instead of using volunteers, he called someone we thought was a secretary. When he grabbed from behind, he grabbed......the BOOBS!!!! Everyone watching had the same expression \('0')/. Then, with his hands still over her boobs, he calmly said:" I can do this because she's my wife." Wakakakakakakakakaakakakakakaka!!!! OMG The whole hall erupted with laughter!!

Overall, It was an interesting talk and I would recommend it to anyone. Now I've got to buy some pepper spray. Toodles.

Stuck In School

Surfing the internet in a computer lab doesn't feel the same as surfing at home. The obvious difference is that lab comps DON'T have speakers, so it means I can't listen to my Darling Adam Lambert while facebooking. Sigh......

I found out that not only is my SPECIAL day in the middle of form 5 intervensi, they have exams on that day too! Damn....... Should I still invite them?? Highly unlikely.....


Meh, one good thing is that this time next week, I could be drinking beer bought from 7-11.

Blogging From College

I dunno why, but I'm still in euphoria in college.........

I heard that some guy, actually hacked into the school system and changed all the school links into porn sites. And the best part, HE GOT AWAY WITH IT!!!!!! Sadly, this happened last year.... Wonder what went through the lecturers and students mind when they clicked on the links........:P

Anyways, this place is so cold, I have to go everywhere with a jacket. Good thing Hong Kong weather prepared me for this. Phew! LOL. It's a fashion statementhere! NOTE TO SELF: Buy a better blazer.

So Long

Haven't blogged since SPM ended. Been too busy. Packing for Hong Kong. Enquiring and registering for college next year. Final outing with Mel. I've been a busy girl.

Hong Kong was worse than I thought. The beds were not beds at all, merely raised platforms. Hongkies must have backs of steel. I had a tough time falling asleep. Particularly on the 3rd night when some idiot (Ben) smsed me at 2 in the morning!! Bugger.

Oh well, other than that, the holiday was good. Dimsum there was way more delicious. The weird thing about Hong Kong food is that no matter how much you eat, you'll always be hungry at the next hour. Hong Kong Disneyland and Oceanpark were boring. Genting is way better and scarier but the theater shows at both were fantastic and worth the money. I'll blog about it some other time.

Next year, I've decided to start my pre-u early. My term starts on January 13 so that means that I'll have 3 more weeks of holidays. Meh. It's OK. Better than wasting my time working. I'll be enrolled in Taylor's Univercity College in Sri Hartamas. After much deliberation, I have decided to do South Australian Matriculation (SAM). It's a 10 month program that is 50% based on field work and the rest is exams. Good for a lazy person like me.

And finally, Mel, it has been a fun 5 years hanging out with you. Our last trip was not in KLCC but in Times Square and Sungai Wang. I never got to say goodbye, never got to have one last hug. But I'm guessing I won't need to. You will be back next year and we will laugh, drink and hug like the retards we are, along with our retard friends. So instead of goodbye, I will say :" See you again."
